Two Valid Identification Documents (Each borrower)
- Can be a driver's license, or passport.
- Cannot be expired.
- Contains your name, birth date and primary address.
Property Tax Statement
Property tax bill or statement of payment, showing that property taxes are current.
Proof of Home Insurance
Policy confirming principal residence coverage from your insurance provider. This can be the summary page or condominium certificate insurance.
Banking Information
Direct deposit details from your bank, such as a void cheque, direct deposit form, or pre-authorized debit (PAD) form.
Debt Statements
If applicable, evidence showing the current balance on debts such as mortgage and credit card.
Review and submit
Review your information and submit your application.
